As an undergrad at Texas State University, Nathan served as Student Body President as well as Archon of his chapter. He credits Pi Kappa Phi with educating him on what it truly means to lead by example and for connecting him to other leaders on campus. Nathan is currently working as the Communications Director and Lead District Representative for state Senator Donna Campbell, M.D. where he will be leading the strategic media relationships, communicating with constituents and stakeholders, and working with committees and organizations to help pass meaningful legislation for Texans.

Nathan also stays very active with his dedicated service to helping the next generation of leaders grow. He currently serves on the Alumni Association Board of Directors for Texas State University and is the Director of the annual Texas Student Leadership Forum on Faith and Values.

Advice to students and young alumni:
“Graduating college may feel strange and uncomfortable at first, but how could it not? We go from 17 years worth of sitting in classes and taking tests to going out in the world to "make it". My main piece of advice would be, find your passion and surround yourself with good people. Know what you love to do and work to take steps in that direction. It may not all happen at once, but when it does, it'll be worth it.”
